BUILD The sleeve is put deep inside the pallet rims, after which
products can be loaded. The lid is put on top of the walls,
to close the container and make it stackable. Optionally
the walls can be secured to the pallet & lid with
a locking system.

PASSIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
For cooling down even to -20 degrees (Celcius) for over 72 hours, no dry ice is required.
This saves space, weight, load capacity. It also avoids the air cargo surcharge for the transport of hazardous materials
INSULATION
The walls of the pallet container are insulated with 25mm Fused silica VIP panels (vacuum insulated panels). Next to this, reusable PCM plates (phase-changing material) are used to get the required cooling/freezing temperature, depending on your product.
This results in high isolation values, keeping the products at a cold or frozen temperature for 72 hours and longer.
ELECTRONIC MONITORING
With an electronic device in each container, the temperature during transit is monitored to give your customer assurance about the correct temperature during transit.
